Pink Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Summertime for me = lots of refreshing frozen smoothie bowls
This super simple recipe is ready in a few minutes. Using frozen fruit with a high speed blender means that you get a velvety sorbet texture
This vibrant smoothie bowl gets its rich colour from pink dragonfruit (pitaya)
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup fresh pink pitaya
1/4 cup plant milk (more if you like it thinner)

METHOD
Simply combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender for approx 30-60 seconds or until smooth. You may need to use the tamper to press down and mix the ingredients
Serve immediately in a bowl and (optional) top with granola, extra fresh berries and fresh dragonfruit
