Mango Passion Lassi

🥣 This smoothie bowl is ultra thick, creamy, tangy AND sweet 🤩

▪️🔸🔺 I recently made a purchase of some adorable mini cookie cutters and have been testing them out on my food lately. [I don't know why but food seems to taste SO much better in cute little shapes 😋🤷🏼‍♀️]


⭐️This is SO simple, ready in 5 mins and has an ultra thick texture just like sorbet 🤤


INGREDIENTS: ~ 2 cups frozen mango

~ 5-10tbsp (depending on how creamy you want it) greek yoghurt - I use Alpro dairy free

~ 20ml / 2 tbsp passion fruit purée



METHOD:

In a high speed blender mix all ingredients

Top with fresh mango 🥭, fresh passion fruit 🍈, dessicated coconut 🥥 and manuka honey 🍯 and serve in a coconut bowl - for 10% off use code POSITIVELYCHRONICTRAVELS-10


PS. If you don't have a high speed blender then just add 1/4 cup dairy free milk for a thinner, easier to blend consistency
