Fudgy Double Choc No Bake Cookies

I am SO excited to share these with you as they're super spoonie friendly. This healthy no bake cookie recipe is so quick to make it's ready within just 5 minutes!



🌱Vegan, gluten free (if using GF oats), refined sugar free and even packed with protein!

😴Usually raw healthy treats need a food processor but that can often take too much time and energy...


🥣SO this one's as simple as it gets... literally just mix the dry ingredients with the wet and mould into cookies and bam - it's ready!


Makes ~7 cookies


INGREDIENTS: Dry:

✨1/4 cup oat flour (blended oats)

✨1/4 cup rolled oats (use GF oats if gluten free)

✨2 tbsp @yoursuperfoods magic mushroom blend (POSITIVE15 - affiliate code for 15% off) / or 2 tbsp cocoa powder

✨1/8th tsp salt

Wet:

💦3 tbsp oat milk

💦1/2 cup cashew butter

💦3 tbsp maple syrup

🍫1/8th cup chocolate chips + more to top


METHOD:


Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl. In a jug mix the wet ingredients, then stir into the dry with a fork until it forms a dough. Stir in the 1/8th cup chocolate chips. Roll into golf ball sized balls then flatten with a spatula and top with extra chocolate chips and salt! Enjoy immediately. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-4 days.
